DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in Barracuda Spam & Virus Firewall,
which can be exploited by malicious users to disclose sensitive
information.
Input passed to the "locale" parameter in cgi-mod/view_help.cgi is
not properly verified before being used to display files. This can be
exploited to disclose the contents of arbitrary files via directory
traversal attacks and URL-encoded NULL bytes.
The vulnerability is reported in version 4.1.1.021. Other versions
may also be affected.
SOLUTION:
Restrict access to trusted users only.
