DESCRIPTION:
Some vulnerabilities have been reported in the Content Distribution
module for Drupal, one of which has an unknown impact and the other
can be exploited by malicious people to manipulate certain data.

1) An error exists within the "_content_retriever_save_nodes()"
function, which fails to disable session saving while temporarily
switching users.

2) An error in the module can be exploited to delete arbitrary nodes
via the node.deleteDistributedNode method using an XMLRPC call.

The vulnerabilities are reported in versions prior to 6.x-1.3.

SOLUTION:
Update to version 6.x-1.3.
